shyt is a scruggle

but gaining weight is possible. You have to be disciplined on getting them calories in. I'm naturally slim so some shyt just is what it is, but I'm tall and too and being lanky is not the wave. I've been dedicated for the last month to this weight gain shyt and I've made noticeable gains (haven't got on a scale to see exactly how much) It's even harder if you try to eat healthy. If you really want to get them calories easy just eat fast food, sodas, and shyt. That's part of why it's difficult for me because I refuse to put that shyt in my body, but health is my number 1 priority, fukk all that other shyt. Here are a few tips for my fellow skinny brehs:
My Fitness Pal App (I think someone mentioned it already) This shyt is crucial for keeping track of your calories and meeting them goals.
Gotta hit the gym and hit the weights. I go at least 3 times a week.
Become less active. I still do cardio, but I cut it down to once a week. I could never cut it completely out, but I did cut back. Most slim people have a naturally fast metabolism, so we gotta be careful on being super active because we need them calories we're burning.
Try to add toppings to your meals snacks. For example, I'll eat some oatmeal and add a shytload of granola protein in it. I've been throwing Coconut oil on everything. shyt is like 200 calories a serving.
I know you're supposed to get a lot of protein but I've been eating a lot of fat too. I eat like 2 Avocados a day now which is a shyt load of fat and 500 calories too. If you skinny, then you don't have to worry about too much fat.
Personally I get a shyt load of calories at breakfast and it's smooth sailing for the rest of the day. A breakfast I might eat is one of the Jumbo muffins from Publix (450 calories) a cup of Almond milk (120 calories) a Banana (100 calories) and oatmeal with peanut butter granola protein (about 400 calories) That's around 1100 calories off the rip. Then I have 2 more meals and snacks throughout the day to get 1900 more.
I've been on these shyts called Larabars for the last month. They're all natural protein bars (not really that high in protein though) and them bytches be like 240 calories. They only be having like 3 total ingredients and thy don't fill you up either (which is good) It's been my go to snack.
One thing about being slim though is that it's easy as fukk to get cut up. After hitting the gym hard for like 2 weeks straight my body definition was like

A nikka biceps and pecks be showing through them Tailored Slim Fit Dress shirts
Nothing worse then being slim with no type of muscle definition. It's no excuse for that shyt at all. If you don't have gym access you can easily get definition by just push ups and sit ups. It's one perks of being skinny. Do you know how much work it takes for a overweight dude to get one ab to pop out
