No don't blow it up, the NFC East is a weird division because all of the teams are actually pretty close in overall talent. But you guys seems to be going in the right direction, the offense is very good, and even though Cousins isn't a world beater, he seems to improved over the years, and even though I think he's hit his ceiling, he's capable of making all the NFL throws, in short, he's good enough, he's better than any other FA, and he's better than anyone you're gonna draft. Actually it may have been smart money to pay him last offseason because the market is going to be astronomical this year. All you guys really need is a center, a competent nose tackles and an offer sheet for Eric Berry or the best safety available and draft another one with the first 3 picks.

I feel like y'all who are on the let Cousins walk side take for granted how difficult it is to find a competent starting QB. While his performance ranges from Best QB in the NFC East good to "Oh god why did you do that??" bad, he's only rounding out his 2nd full season as a starting QB. He led the league in Comp% last season and is 5th this year. He's worth waiting on since he hasn't yet peaked and the odds of finding someone as good are slim. Afterall, look at the market value for QBs (Osweiler(!), Sam Bradford trades, trading up in last year's draft).
I think Gruden is a bad coach as well so if anyone needs to go, it's him. Otherwise, they need to hold onto their picks and build their D.

There's nothing promising about your team. Washington is on pace for consecutive .500 or greater seasons for just the 3rd time in the last 16 years. Your front office doesn't even trust your QB enough to give him a long term deal.Blow it up?

Nah no need to blow it up Gruden has this team headed in the right direction..joe berry no scheme having ass needs to be the first to go..The Defense needs to be completely restructured though especially the secondary but FA and the draft needs to be focused on beefing up the dline and speed in the LBs...
