We are only 3 years into Gruden's tenure, 2 years into McCloughan's, and look at the progress that's been made.

We are only a couple pieces (LB, S, RB(?)) away from being a legit Super Bowl contender.

Threads like this only give a platform for non Skins fans to shyt on the squad.

Frustrated as hell. When can we get a good team. DC is a political city, but it extends to the football team. Maybe I'm bitter because I still think RGIII got the shaft after what he delivered in 2012, but i'm not sold on Gruden or Cousins. Especially not signing Cousins to a long term contract with $20 mil plus. Since we are rebuilding, I say let Kirk walk, use McCoy (under contract) and build up defense and offensive lines. Get rid of Gruden. In a few years, we could be good.

Well, unless Kirk throws 5int's and we lose to Chicago then I'm sure WSH will offer him a contract. The thing now is if we dont make the playoffs then Kirk will have to pay what he will accept, not what he thinks what he's worth.

In my opinion, I think Colt or any servicable QB with those offensive weapons can move the ball. The problem is the entire defense, there arent enough bright spots. Preston Smith is a bust, slow unathlethic LB's, etc..

Also redskins fans need to think about this: Kirk Cousins is the worst QB in the NFC east. I would take Wentz & Prescott in a NY minute over him because of their upside and Eli is a proven winner.
