I think America is probably the only country where kids 'graduate' from high school and they have a big ceremony to celebrate. Most countries after high school they just pick up their results and off to university or college where the real work begins.

I know in most developed countries like the UK when they finish college( their version of high school) there isn't any graduation ceremony. You just go the school to pick up your results, call the university you applied to and confirm your place. That's it.
