No you can't. The system was built on an extraction of wealth and labor and the class issue can only be addressed by reversing that.

To expound, there can be temporary fixes such as the government giving aid to the poor with 'affirmative action' and other such things but what are they really doing? Hence why I say that you can treat issues in multiple ways but unless you treat the source, the issue will just come up in a new form.

what i do agree with is that a class analysis/critique is sorely missing from a lot modern black activism, and there are reasons for this
go back to the civil rights era class issues were way more prevalent in civil rights and even woman's rights activism, and people knew the only way to build mass support was through class solidarity
