He's got the credentials and is undeniably the top PG in the game currently, being a superstar shouldn't depend on if you've made it to a certain round of the playoffs or won a title though.

Ive long since said this is the greatest shtick of all time.

Because he is on tv everyday, you can proclaim that any player isnt great. Every bad game they play, you can point to and say thats the reason why, and if they have a good game you can write it off as not being the championship.

If you pick a young player you have a least 5 -7 years of easy material.
