He’s definitely getting time over the gun regardless but who knows. Kay Flock just got found not guilty for killing somebody on camera a month or two ago in NY. I would at least tell my lawyer that’s the angle we’re taking and see what kind of plea deal I could get.

Kayflock's face wasn't shown in any camera footage. This kid had his mask off earlier so they know it's him.

It sounds like the other suspect had control of the fight so he shot the victim for no reason. They won't show him leniency.
