As long as it’s triflin muthafukkas out here that word will never go out of style.

There’s really no other word to accurately describe a triflin ass nikka.

My grandma and them used it, my mama and them used it, we used it, and shorties use it today.

The day I hear white people start using it I know the world is coming to an end soon.

Yeah I don't think trifling is going anywhere. Bum as bum azz nikka ain't going anywhere either.

I still say dope. I dont know if the youth say that.

Right on all counts except cappin’ was hi-cappin’ which meant flodging, stunting, flexing, or being full of shyt.

I'm from Detroit capping was the dirty dozen, we said people was boosting when they was being full of shyt, just like down south they use to say shyt like vamp we ain't never say that shyt up here back then slang was regional

Never said it was, breh.

But it’s a word that is used mostly by the black community.

Why didn’t you say that to the nikka I was responding to?

clout isn't a slang word, and people were using that since forever

Breh, most words used as slang are real words, it’s how we use them that makes them slang.

But you’re right, it was really big in the early to mid 90s.
