Context of the longer video. its a situation where a$$holes collide. I am a russian native speaker. And I can explain what was happening here. She is selling a mosquito net in a train. That is illegal and very annoying to passengers. American guy said it is illegal and revolted. Than the woman hit him with her net while she went near and said "you will command at your home" he hit her mosquito net in response. Then a rednecks guy standing beside thought it is a good chance to kick american ass and began bulling him. Actually american guy behave very normal. The russian guy was a real moron waiting for an excuse to fight.
EDIT: There is a common misunderstanding among commenters. Russian guy wasn't her husband. He said "I do not touch even my wife like that" means that he didn't punch even his wife. In Russia it is common thing to say in that situation. Your wife is the first woman you can kick or insult... sounds strange I know. Anyway the russian guy in the video isn't a husband of the lady and probably isn't even a merchant. Just a regular passenger who used the situation as a justification for a fight. He has his fists itching.
