Video old and the big guy did move forward first, but the lil nikka didn't back up or give ground. He then barked in big dude face like twice, prolly spitting on him in the process. After that he proceeded to catch a Killer Instinct Ultra Smack combo. 
If this is a random altercation where nikkas go about their business afterwards, you ain't shooting up shyt. By the time you come back with your piece, nikkas is gone. Better to handle that shyt with the hands right then and there or just back down and let it go if you can't squabble.
