The production is way better than the vocals (the production reminds me of statik selektah's style). Regardless, the beat is white-hot, and fits perfectly with slaughterhouse's style.

4. Crooked I (nice lyrically, but his flow is generic as fukk).

Other than that 'struggle' jon ... crooked is always getting outshined. He was way better with his freestyles back when he was on death row in the early 2000s.

You know you're getting older when someone says that DJ Premier reminds them of Statik Selektah.



I always liked Statik but thought he was sort if a generic Preem. He even has a Gang Starr tattoo. I guess this lets me know I wasn't far off the mark.

I really hope they bring their A game next album.

Joey was okay on the 2nd album but sounded bored. And from the verses he dropped after i dont think he liked the direction of the project.

Royce and joell had quite a few of the worst verses of their careers on it.

I understand that they put their confidence in eminem but man he cant pick beats for shyt.

I think just blaze GETS what the fans want from slaughterhouse better. Hes the type to get guys to redo a verse and spend all night getting a song just right.

Where as em is a shytty producer and likes corny lines.

I just pray we get the album.
