Sleep Paralysis is the worse fukkin experience

I use to get that shyt but it use to be my grandmother I never met she would sit on my bed by my head every fukking night I use to be scared as shyt frozen couldn't move.

I am starting to think or my assumption is that people receive these experiences when spirits need to come in our energy zone as they need you to be paralyze in order to use the surrounding energy to manifest.

Happened to me one day last week. Woke up on my couch just unable to move. I used to freak out whenever it happens but nowadays I'm just like meh

Sounds scary, that's why I don't sleep in my back. Idk if that helps but it makes me feel better lol

I still freak out. Been happening since damn near middle school

I don't see shadow figures. It's just my body can't move but I can see even tho my eyes appear to be closed

I notice laying on my back or if I haven't gotten a lot of sleep tends to cause it.

Also I always seem to immediately wake up by holding my breath then gasping as I awake

Just had this shyt again breh

I woke up at like 4 in the morning couldn't get back to sleep until like 6:30. Then when I finally could go back to sleep I had a dream immediately. When I woke up from the dream is when it happened

Couldn't move. Couldn't breathe. Could barely move my eyes. All I could do was make whimpering noises to try and snap myself out of it

Then I saw my door open. I thought it was my lil brother who heard me making noises but then I saw a shadow silhoutte figure come into my room. The shadow man

Then when I finally fully woke up and sat up, nobody was there. Door was closed and I was by myself. It was the sleep paralysis hallucinations. shyt gave me a terrible headache too
