Sleep Paralysis is the worse fukkin experience

Used to think the sleep paralysis and astral projection shyt was a myth till I actually experienced both myself. The astral projection shyt has only happened once so far but it was an amazing experience i can say.

It's definitely real - there are definitely different existences that we are not aware of

Happened to me and my roommate at the same time back in college. I went to the common area because I thought one of my other boys were joking with me. A couple minutes later, my roommate comes running out accusing us of the same shyt.

found out later that someone died in the res hall on that floor a few years back..

Can you share your astral projection experience?

That same night I had the sleep paralysis, I had an astral projection. I felt my spirit leave my body going up to the outer heavens.

Something was with me cause I was talking to it while it was giving a narrative about the experience. I tried to visit Mars but no one was there so I left.

Tried to visit Jupiter but the atmosphere made me nauseous so I left the planet. Made my way to Saturn and whatever it was traveling with me warned me about the planet being gaseous. I said to it that I'm tired of traveling and I'm going down into Saturn.

We go down and before landing. It seems like we're hovering over a beach. There a humanoids resembling the tin man from the wizard of oz.

Their bodies are smooth metallic with a glitter to it. They're just chilling on the beach and they notice us and they all stand up. Their bodies are slender and they're tall as fukk.

I forced myself to wake the fukk up once them fukkers stood up. Went back to sleep afterwards then the sleep paralysis happened.

Had that shyt a week ago. Was sleeping on left side and felt something over my back. Turned me on my back and I tried to punch/push off.

shyt folded my arms across my chest and held them there. Tried to call out to a higher power and my mouth closed and words were blocked from being thought and spoken.

My eyes were closed but I was fully alert. Finally able to call on a higher power again, I felt the presence leave. I opened my, eyes turned the tv on and was awake for the rest of the night.

I had a real stressful week of work that I'm sure led to the sleep paralysis. I'm back to sleeping in the dark but afraid more than ever that it will happen again and I won't be able come out of it.

I don't know if you're religious, but I've heard praying helps.

A lot of spirits you should be able to sense their intention before they speak, also some spirits may answer questions you have if you are conscious enough to ask.

Whenever that happens to me I always chant Jesus is my lord and savior in my head and that usually loosens me up from being binded.

Used to hear voices and cackling early on in my younger days when I was faced with sleep paralysis. I truly believe this is an act of spiritual warfare.

This happened to me once last year, felt like I was in a dream but awake and some people were trying to break into my room and I was panicking trying to grab my gun by my nightstand but I could not move. The door burst open and I came to awake yellin "nooo", shyt was traumatizing

yooooooo had a similar situation. I was sleep and woke up and some demonic looking nikka at my window tryna open it. I had my gun but my whole body froze and I couldn’t pull my arm up. Woke up sudddenly shot was super spooky and the most helpless I’ve ever felt. Also had a few where I was stuck in the bed while some spooky muffukka was bout to come in my room.

They ain't breh. Sleep paralysis is the first step to having an outer body experience. Which is some next level shyt. It's where you are going to be able to levitate your energy around your surroundings. I've done it a few times. But it hasn't happened in years

From my experience those shadows are lost souls.

Yep. I’ll never forget I “woke up” once and felt my back sliding on my ceiling. Like, I could see/sense my body on my sofa, but I sensed I felt my back sliding while my arms were dangling. Something was trying to get me to leave but my spirit never leaves my dwelling.

Had CRAAAAZY experiences after my grandmother died. I thought she was the one coming to me, but when I didn’t respond the way the spirit wanted me to all hell broke lose and I realized there was something stronger around that was trying to trick me. I mistakenly “opened the door” to the other side and it’s pretty hard to close it. You just have to learn to control it.

That spirit shyt is REAL and a lot of folks don’t know there are things floating around us all the time. Most just have a veil in a sense that blocks them from interacting with those things.
