Sleep Paralysis is the worse fukkin experience

Certain spirts really go out of there way to get your attention. But in the end there is nothing to fear. Keep your faith in God and Christ and they can't touch you

Very true. None of that occult stuff truly helped me conquer in the end. Pray, pray, pray. I actually got much closer to TMH because of my spiritual experiences. It was traumatic.
I got to the point where I stopped being scared and the spirit that was around me actually sensed I was angry and no longer scared. When I tell you that joint literally hugged me one night and patted my shoulder and stopped bothering me

There are OTHER things that go bump in the night as well, but ultimately if you believe and put your trust in G-d you’ll be ok. Made me much stronger in my faith. I have no question that there’s another experience when we leave this physical plane.

I agree. I haven't had it in years. The last time I had it 3 things came into my room and tried to hold me down but apart me (soul, spirit whatever) was able to get up and chase them out of the room. They seemed surprised although they were faceless and I told him to get out and that they were never to come back again. It hasn't happened sense.

Legend says it demons who cause this. Next time it happens, even if you can't sense a presents, instead of using your mental power to try to wake or move use it to to announce that you do not allow negative or bad energy into you space. They do it b/c they think you are weak. Show them you are not weak.

Exactly! Mental and spiritual weakness is what attracts them. My attacks started when my grandma passed away and I was in mourning for about 6-10 months. I had had weird experiences here and there, but never really believed in this stuff until I literally had a hole in my heart when she passed and crazy shyt started happening to me at night.

I had one experience that still weirds me out to this day. I was laying in the bed, dead ass tired from a long day, and each time I dozed off I heard footsteps running up my staircase. But my body was so drained, I couldn’t move. All I could do was open my eyes and then what I was hearing would go away. But I would doze off again and I hear “it” again. I try to convince myself that it was sleep paralysis but it seemed so real and….otherworldly.

Usually if I have sleep paralysis it’s because I’m super tired. Laying on my back my mind will awake but my body still ko’d

That only makes it last longer, the trick is to just do nothing except close your eyes. I used to try and force myself to move which only induced panic, but once I just closed my eyes it was over in seconds. I inherited it from my mom, and she told me that she's seen the shadow people before.

I use to live in a very haunted apartment building in Downtown San Diego. The Building I lived in was an old historical building built in the early 1900's, and it use to be "Wyatt Earps old brothel" When you walk into the complex one of the first things you will notice besides old smell, are dry walled area where they use to be doors. So my apt building was a hotel for hoes that they converted into 8 large apts. Apparently many people have died in the complex, including my neighbor Bill who would die soon after I moved out.

This apt building was by far the most haunted place I ever experienced. I would get spirit visitors almost every night, to the point I had to start sleeping with the lights on to try and avoid going through sleep paralysis. Out of body experiences became the norm while living here, but at some point during these experiences I would start to get angry at the spirits during my out of body experiences, where I would start to scream at them in Christ Name. I even recall busting out a freestyle poems or raps during these out of body experiences that were directed at these spirits It was really strange. But once I evoke Christ name, they would basically leave me alone during these episodes.

Im very conscious of the places I move too now. I try and avoid very old buildings at all costs. I'll even ask the leasing officer if they know if anyone has died on the property. If a person had died in a place you have live, you always risk the place being haunted, and if you are sensitive, they will try and contact you.

I’ve come to the conclusion that this shyt happens to me when I don’t go to bed early enough


I get enough sleep I never experience it, past few months there will be times when I’m up late as hell and then doze sometime during the day into paralysis. Gotta use all my might to get outta it before I slumber too deep
