I've been on annual leave the past two weeks so I haven't been up as early as I do when working (usually wake up at 5 to go gym before work)

If I sleep more than 7 hours I feel like shyt all day

I can't sleep more than 7 hours no matter what. And I also feel like shyt with less than 5:30. That 6 hour window is all I need no more no less

But I wonder if the correlation in this study is related to mental illness. Everybody I know who has mental health issues either can never sleep or they sleep 14 hours a day...

6hrs 45mins is the sweet spot for me 1130 pm we start the process, by midnight im out to 645 am
8hrs is too much for me, will have a back ache for sure, 3-4 hours is doable in a pinch on occasion....like binge watching squid game in 1 night or whatever but way too little for repeated consistent use. Way too little.

What are y'all doing that you only get 4-5 hours of sleep?!
for whatever reason, I have never been able to sleep past 4-5 hours at a time and that's even if I'm dead tired

if I want those extra hours I have to go to bed super early, wake up then go right back to sleep again once Ive run through 4 hours

i wanna know how nikkas is getting 6-8 all the way through. whats that life like?:feedme:
