Been there once and fell in love. Applied for and got accepted to graduate school at UofMn but had to reject it for personal reasons. Hate that I had to do it tho

But to answer the Ed's question, the Rockies are an amazing place to venture to in the winter. Not just Denver but the outskirts. I spent a couple of days in Fort Collins before crossing over to kick it in Wyoming for a couple of days last year. Really dope scenery wise. Provo is a gem. I know you hear Utah and think LDS and it is but not everyone is affiliated so if you hangout in the area just outside of BYU, it goes down. It's like where the heathens hang. Now that weed is legal, I wouldn't mind checking out Albuquerque

I got a creh who's into winter sports n shyt been going out there forever; was gonna relocate but according to him since legalization the town is CRAZY expensive. Crushed his X-games dreams :mjcry:

Man the D dope AF. But I went with brehs who had heavy family out there :hubie:
Minneapolis. Its never talked about. A lot of great musicians came from there. I unfortunately only had 1 night there; wish I had 3 days and I could comment more.
I went there as a kid and had fun...I've heard great things
Detroit > Minneapolis to me but if someone said that or Milwaukee was on its level I wouldn't fight too hard assuming the have experience at all
I've been to Minneapolis (pre riots)

Dope ass city 2nd best midwestern city to Chicago

Minneapolis and Milwaukee were low key fun cities(at least when I visited back in the day).

Colorado. I know Denver is a popular destination, but I went to a spot in the state where there might be 5 or 6 black folks in the entire population. Scenery was beautiful, and I enjoyed taking part in the outdoor activities.

I could absolutely see myself purchasing property in that state. Waking up, walking outside to sit on the porch to beautiful nature scenery, and I loved seeing the stars at night and breathing in the crisp, cool air.
This! I dropped my nephew off in Steamboat Springs at during the nighttime on may way down to Denver and couldn't believe how beautiful the scenery was coming down from the mountains! I literally had to pull over and take pictures of the streams. It looked right off of a post card. Even when I was in Aurora the mountains in the background looked they were photoshopped in. Colorado is absolutely gorgeous state!

Mainly for their scenery and beauty, or fun. These will be incredibly white places that are good for a short period of time, a weekend at most, etc. Not our typical places, but it's a big ass country :manny:.

I'm in BIG SKY MONTANA for a wedding, shyts cold asf but got damn this might be the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen in my life. Postcard level beauty of mountains, rivers, snow, forest, people going snowmobiling, skiing and snowboarding (not me), got damn, I get why white folks would retire here, this shyt is stunning. The brightest sun, zero clouds, etc.

The sky last night looked like you were fukkin in space. I cannot describe how amazing it was, we saw every constellation and NEPTUNE was so bright, shyt was breathtaking. Like being in a planetarium in 10000k resolution. God is great.

Anyway, I'm surprised at the beauty here. Couldn't live here for very obvious reasons but any "flyover state" catch you by surprise because of how fun or pretty it was?

I watch Big Sky on Hulu. Them cacs are crazy as fukk but, it does look beautiful out there.
