That hasn’t been my experience but it might be regional. I’m in Atlanta and most black women who are into Anime heavy were introduced by their BLACK boyfriends or husbands.

Women for the most part don’t want to be treated like regular people. They say they want to be worshipped, then they shyt on you for being a simp. They say they want to be treated regular, they disregard you for treating them “less than their worth”. It's not pandering or deifying tho, just an acknowledgement of what a lot of men want. You'd have to hear her talk a lot more if you're new but she's not just a pretty face. There's a lot of intelligence underneath that and I'd to think it's the primary attraction for a lot of brehs. There's been similar with MUCH better physical features and it's not the same.
