Nikkas out here really think drill changed the game like ATL did with trap shyt :mjlol:

2011/2012 I did too tho:mjcry:
It's sad tho...that city is too big for their own good...cuz those local cats get big in the city (locally only tho) and the amount of (fans) people that equates to satisfies them as artists...but that is a low level of accomplishment. Every time i see a chi artist in interviews (from Katy got bands - king Louie) I feel like the Chicago public school system is on BLAST:snoop:. The lyrics are simple, the content is corny(gang shyt again, been hearing that garbage since 89:russell:) and it's all local based. No one outside of the chi knows wtf they are even speaking on. It's time to give it a rest:flabbynsick:

He should have networked instead of tryna worldstar him
Duke prolly thought that was gonna open the door for him to network lol. Act like a prick about being unemployed while standing in the lobby of a place where they have u fill out an application and get an interview all in the same day, struggle rapper brehs.

The booth kills me with this shyt.

Asap Rocky confronts a dude who throws some shyt at his car and barks in his face.
That dude doesn't do shyt but look like an idiot then talk some shyt while Asap is walking
away .
Asap Rocky supposedly takes an L.

Some dude chucks a bottle at Wayne and his entourage after the Mayweather fight.
Wayne yells he's with it, but they (the other boxers entourage) keep it moving after the
bottle gets thrown.
Wayne supposedly takes an L.

Slim Jesus gets shook on camera and runs away seconds after being confronted.
And it's portrayed as "Slim Jesus casually walking away" and "Taking no L's" or somehow,
someway he's better than the people he fukking seeks to emulate in his music.

Y'all are so transparent sometimes, I swear.

:laff:
The chances of that happening are so low, that I'll just file this post away as " :mjpls: fantasy #999"

Most of these ILoveMakonnen looking muthafukkas here don't understand

I thought rap was just entertainment though :mjpls:

@PhonZhi

It is.

Just like stand up comedy.

However just because you make a joke, doesn't mean people can't react to it a certain way. Same goes for rapping. Sure its entertainment but if you are acting like a tough guy people are going to try to find out if you are a tough guy.

People use to try to fukk with DeNiro after Taxi Driver.

Of course he's a culture vulture and all that but damn leave the little white boy alone. He's already gotten clowned. The way he was in his face was pointless. Now if it was before the white dude said he wasn't about that life and he was talkin mad shyt and then MB confronted him, I would understand. Unless Slim is still tryin to be about that life and he's from Flossmore or Mt. Prospect, with all due respect clown that punk. But if he ain't talking all that shyt, leave him be. And u right these Drill artists are dropping like flies, I can't keep up with em, yet this dude is posing as a tough guy... Maybe now he'll take a seat & try something else.

Well, if he admits he isn't bout that life, yet his breakout song is Drill Time. He's damaging the whole brand name. He's seen as a liability by everyone who takes Drill music seriously. Although drill music has already kind of fallen off, a "joke" or meme artist like Slim Jesus can potentially be the nail in the coffin. Many who takes Drill seriously considers this a serious problem. :usure:Some call it parody, others call it slander.
