

so 67lbs later and we lookin not so bad

to yall that need motivation, heres some observations now that im not fat
Pros:
I dont bend lawn chairs anymore
I dont sweat much no more
I dont have to suck in my gut 24/7
Attracting hoes more than ever in my life
Instantly given more respect when talking to anyone, its like folks seen the gut at first and were

my dikk is harder(we talking pointing 20 degrees above horizon all day everyday


Can do manual labor damn near endlessly
Cons
my ass hurts when i sit on hard surfaces
im cold when everyone else is warm
ive sucked my gut in for so long that i do it subconciously and it makes the marks/loose skin look BAD
I get ogled by gay old men and down lows, get flirted with by fat oaf hoes in fast food checkout

Folks think i do drugs and/or steroids; constantly told to quit cutting/working out by fam/friends
My dikk be gettin hard randomly around new women, and with looser fitting jeans/shorts my shyt shows and it be awkward
Being asked to do more physical tasks at my job cause im the most in shape

ima have to say the pros outweigh the cons but yall aint know how awful it is when you attract ALL females(regardless of shape, size, or mental orientation)
we still doing PHAT, volume is close to Layne's prescribed strength is back to 2010 levels so I'm officially past most of my original plateaus
current goal is to cut down to 140-145 where im thinkin ill see the full look
