I can’t speak for all people, but I’ve had a family member murdered. Don’t have a good answer, but I know murdering them isn’t bringing my family back. They didn’t get life though so that’s a whole nother topic.

What is your argument for the support of cash bail?
Arresting officers and prosecutors have wide discretion to decide classification at booking or filing... and judges have even more discretion in deciding to release the accused. I dont believe either(judges or officers) will be even handed...
In fact, i believe all California has done by removing cash bail is ensure the state can fukk over rich nikkas too
