When I lived in the Bx I had two neighbors who were originally from Uganda. One of them looked like she could have been Prep's older sister. They sound a bit alike also. So I think he's East African or something, or has at least one African parent. That's why his accent is extra odd, he has the B'more accent + the African accent. If true I think that also might explain why he has a different kinda swag.

Prep's rebuttals were impressive, but his issues are, and not limited to a) his delivery is shyt, b) that whole "You gotta catch up" talking to the crowd bullshyt DOES. NOT. HELP. It makes it WORSE, he doesn't rap straight through... and c) his whole style is just cringeworthy.
But my god, this battle is the equivalent to when Undertaker threw Mankind off the Hell In A Cell.
