Obviously mixing up stuff will help, but I think he needs to utilize explaining bars cause that also helps with crowd reaction ala Subtitles/slow it down/I'm way too advanced for these nikkas.

I thought of something he coulda freestyled if dudes were slow with getting the disappear scheme.

You know like a pier.. is surrounded by docks/ if they got the wrong picture, theyll see how you are X'd, surrounded by dots/

Another way chilla could help the crowd be aware of the schemes hes about to spit, is just to spit the subject matter word with mad emphasis then go into his schemes

Kinda loses its effect when people do that sometimes, thats what hurt DNA in the shine battle. nikkas like to be surprised when it all comes together in the end. He's gotta find a balance. I think he should just point out the references at the end of the scheme or something

That was an ass whooping from a veteran to rook. Don't know what you dudes was watching/hearing but Chilla Jones made a lot of rookie mistakes. His presence and crowd control was terrible. Dude spits mad long and was extra boring with the bars. At least in other battles he had hot shyt throughout his rounds but he would show flashes of his skill, but it was mostly meh shyt. All this wait for the 3rd round shyt nikka I'm not trying to remember what your dumbass said in the 1st round and connect it to the 3rd round.

This poll is disgusting WTF was you nikkas watching. DNA had one dry spot in the battle where he got booed. Dude was freestyling and moving around and controlling shyt. nikkas having side conversations and doing other shyt while Chilla spitting these long ass boring schemes.

Don't know what yall watching. Dna won. Forced wordplay auto wins to yall. How anyone can say chilla won rnd 2 is beyond me. nikka delivery is HORRIBLE. Chilla had some shyt 3rd rnd though. That button neck scheme was the best shyt he said.

I love Chilla, pause. I think he beat JC and think he beat B Magic even with the choke. But DNA won this battle. This was the worst Chilla has looked performance-wise, which is saying something. The sad thing is you could tell he was trying to work on it throughout the battle. His shyt comes off best in smaller venues. And he really needs to use the schemes where he's flipping the same word multiple times very sparingly. He drew those and some of his other schemes out waaayyyy too long. When you're stringing a scheme out that long you need to have a powerful punch at the end to make it worthwhile and he didn't have that at times. The unnecessary pausing was tiresome.

I love dude's lyrical ability but it has to be said: he lacks versatility. JC touched on it, B Magic touched on it and DNA made it one of his main targets. He essentially broke Chilla's whole steez down. Outside of his freestyle ability, DNA is nothing special, but he was clearly more aggressive, controlled the crowd, and outperformed Chilla. Like a nikka said before, DNA was battling Chilla, Chilla was just reciting. If not for some Eric flips and the usual Clips namedrops you wouldn't know who he was battling. Same nikkas that say all DNA does is yell and finger point will turn around and say Tay Roc has great performanceWe need some consistency. A lot of these nikkas with "great performance" are just yelling and finger pointing, you just like them more.

what does it say when DNA out performs you... it means Chilla lost.. DNA had a game plan , an angle of attack.. he gave us a show even if you feel it was super corny ..Chilla is talented as fuk but it wasn't enough for me .. I watched twice... great battle....
