Ehhhh I hear what you sayin breh but if you are the head of the league and you cuttin the checks, if someone take shots at you in your rounds and they not giving you crazy memorable battles I dont think smack is way outta pocket. I mean, he lets it slide from cats like clips because its making the battle memorable........


Rock got it easily, but its still a 2-1... you cant tell me that rock's dnany verse got it when dna round 2 scheme was fire. But you can't just use the "imma expose you in round 3" formula when its really close and you know cats hungry for the aggression and gun bars. And what you exposin? Style similarity? My G........ thats not enough to cook someone when they already been put on a pedestal in the first round...

I gotta give him his props. He's really came along way & perfected that. He sounded terrific throughout the whole battle even though his material didn't do it for me like prior battles.

My dude, Tay is not delivering or performing lines on some Holla, Clips, prime Yung Ill, Hollow or even Big T or Surf shyt. Roc's delivery/performance is regular. I fukks with gun bars and making little nikkas look like little nikkas, but Roc doesn't do that. He throws out mad "That's Light"s and says "That nikka's dead" once he gets the crowd behind him.

Back to my theory.. Ny gotta be deaded from battle rap.. It's equivalent to that 1 high school u played in sports who was alwaysssssss ass but they were hood af so they had this crazy ass home court advantage.. And the game was always close bcuz the crowd and environment had yo whole psyche that game all fukked up.. Like that's the ny URL crowd now.. Big stage battles are trash lately. It's why the PG's have been putting on better battles.

I thought Roc won all three rounds, second is debatable though. Some lines Roc said crowded went crazier for then if someone else said, that's life. But nikkas acting like he ain't say some crazy shyt is bugging. Tay Roc gives the LARGE crowd EXACTLY what they want: Gun bars, Aggression and Delivery. All them overly complex bars are cool but winning in the building means more than winning on camera imo.

Because if we want to go there...Mook just rehashed what Hollow said and Lux had WAY more complex bars than Mook in their second battle...so Lux won too?

And who is spitting "overly complex bars" at SM4? Bar wise Surf had the best performance that night. Same "gun bars, aggression, and delivery" but it was put together at a way higher level than Roc's elementary material.

i'll never understand what nikkas ever saw in Prez mafia...

I thought he was great in the D Money battle and was impressive vs Ty Law. Prez was unique when he first appeared. He has performance, can be very creative with bars but he's lazy like he's top tier already. The DNA battle really set him back.

How many times have we said "so and so has bars but needs to work on delivery?" Delivery should enhance/complement good material not gas a weak bar. Roc spit trash and the crowd went crazy. Wtf does that have to do with delivery? It's a biased crowd gassing him, period. Surf had delivery in the Hitman battle but the crowd only reacted when his bars called for it. There's a big difference.

DNA had more fire shyt than Roc did, but alotta nikkaz simply hate DNA on some "high school popularity contest" bullshyt.

Most of Rocs bars were gassed tho. Roc had a few hot lines here and there. But Damn near Rics entire 3rd round was trash. Rocs 2nd round was mad average and his 1st round took hella long for him to heat up.
