All his ignorant illiterate sounding ass did was push him to the streets. You might as well not be in his life if your idea of tough love is smacking the shyt out of him for the world to see. You want your kids to respect you, not fear you because that fear will one day go away and that boy will beat his ass and/or leave him to die in an assisted living apartment alone.

That's what a lot of people don't realize. You can only impose yourself physically for so long. Over time, you'll only get weaker and your child will get stronger. I stopped being afraid of physical punishments when I was about 10. After that, the main deterrents to acting up for me was hurting my reputation, my parents' reputation, my grades, etc

Bunch of fatherless cacs and c00ns in here saying the son should fight his father. You're proving you had no dad in your life because everyone whose father was present knows that if your father is getting on you, especially after you were in the wrong, and you act like you want to fight him, that's a good way to get your fool ass hurt.

After further contemplation, I don't have a problem with him putting it online because this was not only a message to his son but it was a message to everybody that his son was showing guns off to, to not come around his family with the foolery cause he aint with it and he will end it before it gets started.

By showing guns on social media, the son was opening that whole family up to all kinds of mess. And the dad had to close that door to protect his family.

He did the right thing.

Height of attention whoring on the parent's part. It comes across as insecure about parenting too. Crappy parents do this. They know deep down they don't really run shyt. The child acts up to get attention...the parent overreacts in a public way to prove to themsrlves and others that they actually run things.

'See? I am actually a great parent! See?' shyt is trash.

His son embarrassed him when he was online posting with guns :manny:

That's what y'all don't get. When teenagers do shyt like this, people are quick to blame the parents, so it shouldn't be any issue with him actually showing this online, based on the situation.

fukk all that.. it’s clout chasing and exploitation. that petty shyt is childish. You’re the parent.. discipline how you see fit, but all this broadcasting for attention on sone ‘father of the year’ shyt will always be corny! Men don’t move like bytches.
