No, Kane came back out & someone else I forget. They had a little 5 min tag match, Cena & Ambrose was a team. Then Ambrose talked about he was staying in Philly until Thurs so he can watch the Flyers. That & he loves Philly and lived here for 2 years

No. CZW is the death match wrestling promotion based in Philadelphia. Dean wrestled there for awhile which is when I assume he lived in Philly.
