How I would fantasy book this

-Stephanie runs this one. She picks and chooses who gets title shots based on her whims, which can be either fair or unfair depending on whether she's a babyface or a heel at the time.
Roster: Cena, Reigns, Nakamura, New Day, Ambrose, Rollins, Kevin Owens, Enzo & Cass, Vaudevillains, Bray & them, The Miz, Ziggler, Jericho, Sheamus.....

-Shane runs this one (he's a trained martial artist right.) Shane is a good guy GM. He just wants to see the best man win and pops up onscreen to promote and sign off on matches etc.
-Smackdown should have a statistics aspect like how with Boxing you can go on boxrec and see a guys record, all that shyt should be tracked and accessible for Smackdown and I should be able to look online and see who the top 10 ranked wrestlers are, wins and losses, record over the last 10 matches, all that shyt. The number 1 ranked guy on Smackdown is de facto always Smackdown number 1 contender and waiting for the next available title shot.
Roster: AJ Styles, Randy Orton, Rusev, Sami Zayn, Samoa Joe, Apollo Crews, Neville, Finn Balor, Cesaro, Del Rio, Corbin.....

fukkery goes down on Raw. Everything that happens on Smackdown has to be logical and plausible in real life.
The WWE and the Women's champion can defend against the number 1 contender from either brand. The GM's from Raw and Smackdown (Stephanie and Shane at first) both want the titles to be on their brand. The Raw GM should always be a heel and the Smackdown GM should be a babyface or just in the background but always fair.
I don't know why they don't have gimmick jobbers now. Just pay the dudes a decent salary for knowing they will never do anything and let them lose. Get some Norman Smiley, Brooklyn Brawler, Barry Horowitz, and Disco Inferno's on the roster.

For example, they're signing all this Japanse talent about the same time the Network launched in Japan. You think the Japanese fans are gonna subscribe just to see their native wrestlers win pointless matches in the 1st hr of RAW?
No, they want their favs to be in the mix if not for the main event, then somewhat co-main event. They want to see their favs involved in IMPORTANT things.
They've signed a lot of people but depending on how much the roster of nxt gets gutted, nxt could take a step back
As I've stated, nxt adding a cruiser weight title might be enough to keep it afloat
I can see joe, Baylor, Aries, nakamura, Eric young, bobby roode and Bayley all on the main roster by august
