Smackdown is terrible

Those things your talking about are just as bad on Raw with more established or over people that were already built up before the draft.

Raws tag division is Enzo & Cass, The Club, and New Day. Nobody else matters to the point that they threw Jericho & Owens together to give Enzo & Cass something to do until Balor got hurt. It's made even worse that for some reason they're keeping Enzo & Cass and New Day away from each other and for some reason feel the need to have The Club doing terrible comedy.

Raws women's division is Charlotte, Sasha, and Bayley. Dana is there to eat pins for Charlotte, Nia is doing the same shyt she was doing in NXT just on a bigger platform, and the rest aren't doing anything that matters if you even see them. They just gave away Charlotte & Bayley for no reason & unless Sasha turns they're kind of in the same spot they are with the tag teams.

The world title scene is still just Rollins, Reigns, and since Balor got hurt they threw Owens in there.

The rest of Raw is filled with Rusev getting destroyed, Zayn not having anything until Balor got hurt and they needed another face they could push, Titus & Darren wasting the time of everybody, Sheamus & Cesaro being wasted because they didn't have plans for them, and Braun doing jobber squash matches a year after debuting.

Raw`s women's division is more interesting than smackdown. There doing more with less.

Rusev was fueding with roman, cesaro and sheamus are in a fued currently, titus and darren is trash no arguments from me on that one.


Baron Corbin and Apollo crews are just there. Neither of them are really popular like that and I couldn't tell you the last time either of them won a match since the brand split.

I'd rather have nia jax and strowman doing their usual squash matches until there is something for them to do.

Smackdown is just now getting a tag team fued started.

Dolph is back to status quo since Ambrose washed him.

Smackdown might be involving more people in to the title pictures, but that doesn't mean it's been more interesting than the few people raw are currently using for the title situations.

I guess this is what happens when you're the "flagship show" and need to keep up this front (like Steph with the divas revolution), even though since the original brand split in 2002, SD has most often been better, which during a lot of that time Raw was also 2 hours . Just like @FactsOnly said, nothing on SD has been outright bad since the brand split, maybe meh at worst. It's a two hour show, they don't have time for lengthy crowd-killing segments meanwhile, Raw nearly makes that a staple. If you have all that star power, that extra hour should be to take advantage of it, not create these 2009-2010 crowd-killing Raw segments. SD has mostly felt like back in the day SDs, a lot of stuff happening, whether it's an actual match, backstage segments, vignettes, etc. They do the simple things right with less talent, while Raw has tripped over themselves outside of fatal 4 ways.

There women's division is status.

They're tag team division is just now getting something interesting with the usos/ American alpha. Before that the tag team division was .

The World title scene isn't much to look at.

Raw to me has better segments and better matches. They may not be involving as many people in their title pictures as smackdown, but I have found more interest in raw than smackdown when it comes to their title fueds.

Raw has higher peaks than smackdown as well.

Both shows would be exponentially better if every feud wasn't built through predictable promo interruptions and heavily scripted unfunny jokes. If you REALLY got beef and wanna get after it, is your goto move going to be 3rd grade clowning?

I legit hit the when Becky Lynch was clucking her arms when the heels were staying outside of the ring. Outside of elementary school, when is the last time you went in on somebody with taunts calling them "chicken"?

Just read an article on how Smackdown on yahoo is the better show and it's like the whole IWC is going crazy, and then they get mad when you use that term, so you know they're crazy. How else do you describe a collective that prefers Smackdown? it's only on the net. lol.

This Smackdown ppv is not a "must-watch", and I doubt it's worth the time. I'll catch it because I have no life, but it looks horrible on paper. Raw only seems inferior because three hours is hard to fill. But if you take the best from Raw, and the mediocre from Smackdown (because that's all they can do besides one match so far) and Raw takes the win.

I feel like the stan wars going on with RAW/Smackdown is blinding half of TSC from realizing both shows are pretty bad right now.

Hopefully RAW will fill their void with the cruiserweight division.
