He would be better off on SmackDown still with Bray where he would at least be there every week involved in something

Getting involved with Bray is an easy way to stall your career. I'd rather have him stay far away from that clown. Or he'll be playing hide and seek backstage.

I'd 100% rather he be with Bray doing whatever than being in the Neville or Zayn spot on Raw of just doing nothing because they don't have plans for half their roster. I got no faith in him getting a chance on Raw to do much of anything. At least with Bray he'd be on TV every week & have chances to branch out while still being associated with Bray.

Look at Sami he beats Owens at Battleground to end there fued then he is doing preshow tag matches with Neville. With how slim both tag team division are there no reason Him & Rowan shouldn't be a team running rough shot on Smackdown. This would of been the perfect to rebuild the Wyatt Family and make there look strong.

What is Harper going to do on Raw because we all no they aren't going to give him any character development or a gimmick. He just going to have matches and that it. Wouldn't surprised me if he is losing to Roman in no time.
