Not sure how long Zeb/Swagger can do this if they aren't facing a non-American with a shtick like Rusev. People were doing the 'We the People' for awhile now, yes (because let's be honest, it's fun), but other than that they were 
on sight for Swagger, especially during his matches.
I don't foresee these pops after Rusev squashes him at Battleground. We'll see.

The We The People was already gaining momentum while he was a heel, I can only imagine how it will be with him as a face. Plus when that theme hits the crowd is gonna start popping huge for it 
I've said this in other threads over the years, it blows my mind how Jack Swagger was never a face. Dude seems like a clearcut babyface to me, but they've kept trying to push him as a heel.
