Saying that you have to go him gives him some imaginary paper champ status...BUT (and I THINK this is the booking logic sense) WHEN he loses, its giving the winner the rub and they go up in stature........LIKE (i imagine he feels responsible for) Daniel Bryan.

When bray wins their next bout (he will), then its like "yeah he's official.." and he continues to be top tier.

Yeah, I think Cena's at that level now... he's probably not retiring any time soon, and he's not out of the main event forever, but he's being utilized to be the one newer stars feud with to step up the ladder. It's kinda the direction Taker was in btwn 2002-2007, having feuds with dudes like Cena, Lesnar, Orton, Kennedy, etc. He'll win the title one or two more times maybe... and of course that heel turn will finally come, eventually Only thing about that heel turn tho'... since people tend to take a liking to heels, usually causing them to be turned face... does this mean that Cena turning heel will make the ones he'll be criticizing for booing him, start cheering him?

I have no doubt that Cena turning heel will make him an internet favorite in 2 weeks or less. Hell, it wouldn't shock if a smark crowd like Chicago goes from booing to cheering him in the same damn promo if he made the turn in a show taking place there.
