There are thousand's of small businesses that are formed or maintained by people that don't know what the fukk they're doing.

- they don't understand how to properly run a company
- they hire incompetent staff
- they "draw" from their cash account way too much
- they basically operate beyond their means
- don't know how to generate new business

I can go on and on. At the end of the day you got small business who lie, cheat and get over just like everyone else.

yep small businesses are the number one perpetrators of this problem. large corporations don't have mass layoffs because of mismanagement, regulatory issues, executive fraud, bankrupt people's 401ks or pension plans and then open up shop under a different name and do the same damn thing again. those darn smb entrepreneurs.
