YEP DUMB nikka shyt.
@ OP...you’re simply not the target...and that’s not an insult or anything to get defensive about...there’s just ppl out there who seriously need to hear this...some young...some “grown”
I had to tell some of this shyt to younger kids I was teaching back in the day...kids who lived in hopeless situations (not exaggerating in the least) who looked up to these rappers as “inspiration” bcuz that was literally the only model of “success” they witnessed...I’m clearly not talking about all kids but a particular neighborhood where these kids experienced a poverty I had never seen and many of them had parents who were fukked up and couldn’t offer these kids a proper foundation or instill in them “basic” shyt that you and I might take for granted
it was a credit to these kids that they could even find the motivation to get up and come to class...a lot of them honestly had to get up on their own...find something to eat and find a way to get to school...these were 2nd graders btw
anyway long story short...shyt like this is for these young kids like that or even older folk who unfortunately had the same upbringing the younger kids I mentioned had
