My stance has always been to smack the bytch if you feel its disrespectful so that part of your comment doesnt serve you if its to argue me. :yeshrug:
I didnt say she wasnt disrespectful. I said its up to the individual to it personally or not. And if you take what she said personally, then its hoe shyt to do anything but handle that one way or just not take it personally.

This isnt a difficult topic at all breh and I'm not flaming anybody.

If you smart mouthed your parents, teachers, coaches, drill sargent or anyone of authority over you, you were met with some kind of discipline. It wasn't just brushed off. In criminal court it just so happens to be jail time and the judge wasn't emotional in what he did.

I'm not sure why you keep bringing up putting hands on somebody, especially a woman.

He was. Thats my point breh. We can disagree, and thats fine. But my opinion is he was emotional. He was literally yelling at the monitor breh.

Yall call the judge emotional but go to ANY court in the country and pop off like that and see what happens :russ:

No judge would just laugh off someone saying they are gonna do the opposite of what they told them, and then argue with them and then says....fukk you.

Yall don't live in the real world, I'm sure of it.

So y'all would let folks talk crazy and disrespect you?
I guess we see the world differently. :manny: IMO, the person wearing the black robe and administering the law (again in my opinion) should have a certain level of temperament under pressure considering the personalities they encounter. We don't know what transpired prior. We do know she tried to walk away after she said she wasn't going to listen and the judge lost his shyt. She was already in jail. The judge could have ruled contempt and kept it moving. Instead, he displayed more estrogen than that woman.

Im not a damn judge. If i were, I shouldnt be concerned about random bytch #23922's respect. All I would care about is disruption.
The point is if you are someone who can feel disrespected from words of a stranger then doing anything other than putting hands on them is hoe shyt.
Everyone doesnt respond with feelings of personal disrespect from other people they dont know. Thats just another example of folks handling things differently. Some people move with a "as long as they dont touch me" mentality and couldnt give a fukk what someone is saying.

That is not the case with the judge. He easily couldve had her removed from holding by the bailiff and put her in the bullpen from the first instance of disruption. Because professionally, the court's disruption is the issue but because he took it personally and reacted personally, he used his power because he felt disrespected, he bodyslamming her with contempt for saying she's going to go home. He couldve just said, "then youll be arrested :unimpressed:and adjourned.

My point is a judge that dont care about none of that shyt and only keeping order in his courtroom wouldve had her sent to the bullpen immediately and moved on paying her no mind cause she aint nobody but a loud ass bytch. Ego of this judge got involved and he used his power. I get that, I have ego and am prideful as well. But I put hands on folks because my pride wont let me feel comfortable with someone disrespecting me and when i ask myself "what did you do about it" and I can only say "had her put in jail" then i will feel like a bytch. Thats why i said that he took her response as personal disrespect, which he shouldnt, then he's a hoe for doing anything but yoking her. He clearly isnt doing that so its hoe shyt. If you want to say its justifiable then cool. Its justifiable hoe shyt.

I'm going to put in laymen's terms what you're trying to say

Basically if a judge feels personally disrespected or offended don't use that power as a judge to get back at someone. Because that's not what it's given to you for. If you take it personally handle it personally. Not through channels of power given to you via the court of law.

Spot on. They know what I’m saying. They just disagree and instead of just saying they disagree, they try to apply some foreign logic for the purpose are arguing.

He knows it was bullshyt himself. That’s why she only did 88 days instead of 300. If he was just and it was warranted then she would’ve done every day. Except he knows he let some bird bytch get him off his square and lash out. Had the man screaming at a tv screen.

bruh what she did was literally the textbook definition of contempt of court... there was nothing personal about it, any judge would respond the same way lol

""Contempt of court" refers to disobeying or disrespecting a court of law"

If the judge says, you are ordered to stay away from someone or somewhere and you say nah "I bet I do"...thats contempt :russ:

"A finding of being in contempt of court may result from a failure to obey a lawful order of a court, showing disrespect for the judge, disruption of the proceedings through poor behavior, or publication of material or non-disclosure of material, which in doing so is deemed likely to jeopardize a fair trial. A judge may impose sanctions such as a fine, jail or social service for someone found guilty of contempt of court, which makes contempt of court a process crime."

Y'all are trying to make this something it ain't :russ:
