As the title says.

I don't really watch much of Auston's vids but I have to say that he's smart and I wholeheartedly agree with his reasons.

Pan-Africanism of a United Country of Africa with one language, one culture and one people is pie in the sky nonsense.

exactly. some pie in the sky nonsense that's being made up

any figure or formation worthy of historic and modern intellectual respect does not and has not described the project and concept of "pan africanism" in any manner comparable to that synopsis

no right to study no right to speak. set the entertainment and punditry aside and engage with history

At the second bolded part - Kwame Nkrumah certainly believed it. Maybe, he's not a respected historical and/or modern intellectual figure!?

throw out all the names you want

you said " one language, one culture and one people "

you're flattening the project of pan africanism into that bite sized bullet point. not Nkrumah or any other worthwhile name you wanna throw out there

lets not be stupid, Africa doesnt need one language/one border

They just need a strong eu/nato type trade and security bloc

open and free trade that is duty free anywhere in the continent.

make it easy for people to move country to country (rail would be perfect)(

The good life šŸ˜Ž
It's a very common sentiment across Africa, especially among young people which shows Africa is in a better place and moving in a better direction. I don't think a unified country will occur but rather instead, a union more geared towards Africa's interests would probably spring up.

African ppl dont want this and that is not what Pan-africanism is about. It had nothing to do with one nation, one language, one culture. That is literally some hotep shyt
