nikka my girlfriend is 24, just got her masters, has 0 student loan debt, and is closing on her condo this year. My ex was in corporate finance, pushed a Porsche Cayenne that she bought cash, and bought her house at 22. My 3 previous jumpoffs all had college degrees, their own cars, and their own place to live. she didn't buy her cayeene at 22. She bought her house at 22, then bought a porche cayenne cash when she was 28. She's in corporate finance and has her own side hustle. She's 31 (will be 32 this year). She's always had bread though. She bought a Benz truck cash while we was together too (when she was 26-27. She hates debt even more than I do.

He runs an investment company. Most of the people I interact with either work for themselves fulltime or have really high paying careers plus side hustles. If you actually take the time to find people who are entrepreneurs, it's not that difficult to run into people who are financially well off. Either way you right breh, it's all
