I'm not sure EXACTLY but I have theories that I'm 99% on, so here they are:
#1) Waitresses aren't exactly the BRIGHTEST group of women ever created, so it's not like it's going to take some sort of complex game to knock them down anyway. The only reason a lot of customers have a hard time is because most of them simp from the jump to them and they're trying to hustle them out of tips anyway.
#2) Most back of houses in restaurants, no matter how big they are, are crowded as fukk, so just walking around there's going to be a lot of random contact (that's why this business is so great for pervs
) It's like a club in that sense; when you're constantly bumping and touching each other attractions are naturally going to grow.#3) Most dudes working in restaurants fall into one of two categories - waiters and bartenders, who usually tend to be outgoing and pretty social... and then you have cooks and dishwashers and the such, who a lot of times tend to be ex cons and hood dudes. What I'm saying here is that most dudes working in restaurants aren't the type to be shook about approaching chicks, especially ones they see all of the time.
#4) Naturally, when you see the same people every day, or three, four, or five times a week, it's easy for physical attractions to develop. shyt is like high school in that sense. Chicks that you normally wouldn't holla at on the street start looking like dimes, and I'm pretty sure that's even truer for the girls working there.
There's probably more or better reasons somebody else could point out though.

Well her sis wasn't my baby moms yet. I shoulda specified that. We were in a relationship at the time. (She was the one who introduced us) Baby moms sister and I worked together for a few months and were always cool. We used to go out party shyt like that but never messed around.
