It's all the same stuff. I've taken lortabs, percs, etc. Produce same high.

Like some people prefer percs/oxycodone and swear they're stronger, but I prefer lortabs/hydrocodone and think it produces a better high.

But If you're not consistently taking pills with stronger opiates then codeine is definitely gonna still get you high. Especially with a antihistamine like promethazine potentiating it.

Even when dude start ranting about "Codeine is the weakest opiate!! Why do y'all do it", you can tell it's from somebody who has never actually done it. Codeine is a mild high compared to the stronger painkiller highs, but it's warm and functional.

Dudes can take it, have a mild high and still function at whatever they need to do. The stronger opiates usually gonna push you further into a lethargic nod.

Asking why dudes sip lean when there are pills is like asking why do dude still smoke weed out of papers/cigars when they can do wax or some other stronger THC high, different use cases.

Word its true..this happened to me and my sis this past holiday wknd in GA..this lil dude knocked on the door at about 12 am. My sis thought it was my nephew since he went out..when she looked it wasnt him but some kid she aint recognize so she called me over to the door..she aint open it and was talkin to him through the door....This lil dude was like he needs help people are chasing him. Then he sat in front the crib with his head down..i told her dude is on something i could see it...like a min later he gets up and starts walkin mad fast and goes about 2 houses down..bout 5 mins later police come then later an ambulance...Apparently he was knocking on other doors saying the same thing and someone in the neighborhood called the cops...dude was high and hallucinating off some shyt ... they locked him up and said he needed to get a psych eval or some shyt...

Once she told me she aint recognize him ( my sis know all her kids friends who come to the house) and he was sitting with his back turned i thought about that....these kids high off that shyt ready to do something crazy..its sad man.
