Because black republicans are the smallest political group in america, there are no black republican governed cities or even small towns, there's no significant black republican organization
inner cities and housing projects across america are indeed plantations, you can go on MLK Blvd in every city in america and see these plantation-like living conditions ran by guess who

posters claiming they're independent and not republicans. that might be true, but these same posters still sympathize with politically conservative viewpoints. the same viewpoints which blame the victim.
but when something like this happens they gets exposed. hard to claim "they're both the same" when one side clearly has hate in their heart for black people like us.

lacks a great amount of context. in my state we have a dem mayor for some of the poorest areas where black people live. but the governor is republican and the state house and senate are repub controlled. they make life hell for the cities controlled by dems because they can.
that comment is very close to when people say dems opposed civil rights without providing context that those dixiecrats then switched parties to become republican.
