We created a petition with the family of Ahmaud Arbery to hold District Attorney Jackie Johnson accountable for her inaction to issue an arrest warrant for his murderers. On Sunday, February 23, 2020, Ahmaud Arbery was unarmed when he was chased and gunned down by Travis and Gregory McMichael. Gregory McMichael was an investigator for the office of Brunswick Judicial Circuit. The deadly pursuit of Ahmaud had been stated to be a "citizen's arrest" but the McMichaels had no legal authority to make that action in the first place. Jackie Johnson should have filed for an arrest warrant immediately. Instead, she recused and Attorney General Chris Carr appointed George Barnhill of the Waycross Judicial Circuit as prosecutor. Then, Barnhill recused himself which led to another failure of justice. Now, the case sits with Tom Durden, the District Attorney of the Atlantic Judicial Circuit.

The murderers of Ahmaud have not been arrested since the incident on February 23, 2020. Help us get enough signatures to apply the pressure on her resignation. We must elect officials we can trust in the upcoming primary elections -- she needs to resign now.

“It appears Travis McMichael, Greg McMichael, and [William Bryan] were following, in ‘hot pursuit,’ a burglary suspect, with solid firsthand probable cause,” Barnhill wrote to a Glynn County police captain in a three-page letter. “Given the fact Arbery initiated the fight, at the point Arbery grabbed the shotgun [that Travis McMichael was holding], under Georgia law, McMichael was allowed to use deadly force to protect himself.”

As we all now know, Arbery wasn’t the burglar, and there was no good reason to think he was, but Barnhill’s letter provided the foundation of the argument against charging the McMichaels until just a few days ago, when a grisly cellphone video of Arbery’s death went viral and brought national outrage and renewed attention to the case.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation took over the investigation Wednesday and charged the McMichaels with murder and aggravated assault Thursday. A day later, the agency couldn’t help but take a swipe at the local investigation.

“Probable cause was clear to our agents pretty quickly,” Georgia Bureau of Investigation Director Vic Reynolds said during a press conference Friday, implying that it should have been just as clear to George Barnhill.

Barnhill, 63, has worked in relative obscurity as a small-town prosecutor for 36 years. He was assigned the case only after another prosecutor recused herself because Greg McMichael used to work in her office. In the letter to the police captain, Barnhill noted Greg McMichael also worked in a district attorney’s office where his son is a prosecutor.

“The victim’s mother has clearly expressed she wants myself and my office off the case,” Barnhill wrote. “She believes there are kinships between the parties (there are not) and has made other unfounded allegations of bias(es).”

Well, this explains a lot about him and his hateful passion for Black America. I am starting to see a trend.

Let's look into his psyche. This is from 9th may 2017.




Deep in his mind he has hate for Black people (males and females), because of the prejudices. In his mind other/ most Black males are criminals (as what the stereotype is), thus he hates a lot of Black males. He hates Black women for the multitude of reasons he explained in this video. This is how this man views the world.

But here the enemy is within and this has to stop.

A quick analysis of this problem. As Black people we don't have a punishment mechanism in place thus is why these loose cannons go off randomly.

The same happened everytime he gave his "input" on social injustices. Like with the guys from Starbucks (who were buck-dancers themselves as well). He judged them without knowing them, or understanding what happened. He started to call them thugs etc., while both have academic degrees and had a business appointment at Starbucks.



Here he's once again with more mental gymnastics to rationalize injustices against Black males, with a bunch of fake statistics. The former police officer will use every rightwing talking point, and skip over all the many false arrests and exonerations of Black men.

I can easily answer that question for you. They have to show white folk that they're "One of the good ones" so in order to do that they have to show their disdain for "The bad ones". They must show massa they can be trusted by throwing their own under the bus.

It's a gesture of loyalty to cacs.
