Weakening Gohan is just another way to let Goku shine. The problem with Dragon Ball has been that they've consistently turned side heroes to side bytches just to let Goku take the W. Tien, Krillin, and Piccolo all become uninteresting in battles because the Saiyans just end up miles stronger and they're essentially useless. Time to let other characters besides Vegeta catch up to Goku.

Breh the creator himself says that he hates Vegeta's character and is the reason why he never gets REAL shine. I swear he must have been bullied by some cat that reminds him of him. Like even in Resurrection F this nikka matches Goku's new SSGSS form, runs an immaculate fade on Frieza which Goku struggled to do, and just when this nikka is about to off his ex master that murdered him, his father (in front of him) and his entire planet..... They make him take a second to long and reverse time 3 mins so Goku wins it
