Let's be real: due to the lingering effects of white supremacy our community is in tatters and as a result of poor upbringing in hostile, oppressed and neglected areas, our kids tend to show their ass and adopt toxic attitudes toward authority and education.

The cost of living vs the job/career market here is off. Still, it's always been my opinion that educators (no matter the sector - private/public/magnet, elementary - college, etc) should pull in salaries STARTING at 6 figures.

Everything is so "final" when it comes to black ppl. Even when it comes to how black ppl perceive other black ppl. I could literally yt "kid pulls stunt on teacher" and find other races of kids doing the same. But when it comes to blacks, 30sec clips, 1min clips are just always "final" and are treated as the death blow to a kids future and the future of the race. You punish the kid(In School suspensions) or send him to an alternative school for a week like they did back when I was in middle school and then you move on.

I'm actually white but the schools I went to from elementary to 12th (Longfellow, Central, Westport, and Paseo in Kansas City, Missouri in the 80's and 90's) were 90-99% black. And kids were acting a fool pretty much nonstop the entire time I was in school.

Most turned out ok. Some died. Some went to jail a few times. But most of them are good people. Turned out to be stand up adults. You can't really judge a kid's entire life based on them being an a$$hole at 15 or whatever the fukk.

And as far as people talking about "he should be EXPELLED!"....the only kids I ever seen get expelled, got caught with guns. Or were selling drugs. This video is pretty fukking light, honestly. It's just that there's cameras now so you can see how bad kids are. We were just as bad, but nobody can pull up the footage.

you’re going to have to tell me what city this is in...teachers’ salaries are not a secret neither are admins’ salaries for that matter...your family member being an administrator is irrelevant...if you tell me what city that gym teacher is working in I can find the salary for all teachers in that city and how many years they have to put in to earn that salary...the only salaries that are “secret” are superintendent salaries since it can vary and they sign “independent” contracts...this is under the assumption that we’re talking about public schools...unless there’s some confusion here...I can’t think of any teachers making $140k...administrators on the other hand can easily make that kind of $$$ so maybe that’s what you’re referring to...idk...correct me if I’m wrong
