The exact same kind of shyt happened in my high school/middle school and that was 20-30 years ago. Most of those kids turned out fine.

I could literally yt "kid pulls stunt on teacher" and find other races of kids doing the same. But when it comes to blacks, 30sec clips, 1min clips are just always "final" and are treated as the death blow to a kids future and the future of the race. You punish the kid(In School suspensions) or send him to an alternative school for a week like they did back when I was in middle school and then you move on.

The cost of living vs the job/career market here is off. Still, it's always been my opinion that educators (no matter the sector - private/public/magnet, elementary - college, etc) should pull in salaries STARTING at 6 figures.

High school teachers in some Canadian provinces make an average of $100k. More senior ones make ~140k in normal schools in the suburbs with little to no riff raff. Probably the worst kids there are just skipping school or smoking weed. The salaries are so high there largely because of strong unions I've read.

Watching that clip incensed me. He should have to attend a parent- teacher conference, made to apologize to the teacher, his classmates, administration and his parents (not going to assume he's being raised by the stereotypical dysfunctional single welfare recipient chickenhead as kids from 2 parent homes act out for various reasons too) and put on punishment.

Then he should be suspended and while on suspension attend mandatory counseling and perform community service. When he returns to school it should be to an all boys alternative school with drill sergeant type instructors in a paramilitary type setting.

This may seem over the top but the alternative is a teacher that may have snapped, rogue cops responding, him being sent to juvenile detention center/jail, etc. Things could have escalated to his detriment. He needs to learn to keep his hands to himself and respect adults/authority figures.

Once they get 15 years they get paid good where I'm at. I have a family member that pulled every teachers salary. My old gym teacher is making 140k..
