I'd say that's pretty serious.

The real problem is the mindset. You can punish her......You could knock a persons teeth out for calling you a ******. But is it gonna change their mindset and make them re-consider themselves and others who are different from them?

All most of these punishments do is make it less PC to be racist...as it should, but it's not really getting to the root.
