RIP Showkey. 16 year old UK rapper stabbed to death. Not too familiar with his work but seen 1-2 freestyles.

Same day as a big Black Lives Matter protest here in the UK too. Black youth world wide from disadvantaged backgrounds need to start valuing each other more. Smh

Theyll never learn though, it's just a never ending vicious cycle everyone acts outraged for a few days then back to encouraging it.

I didn't listen to show key but heard as far as his music goes he was doing too much e.g. dissing dead enemies. Even when stabbings hit home again people don't learn, he lost his friend to similar circumstances not too long ago...

Rip though didn't even finish high school.

The young kid had talent and potential, evident even from the video, am not aware of the full circumstances around his murder but as a general point you have to be careful about the image you project and the words you say, because you can bring that energy around you.

It's sad that a 16 year old lost their life before they even really got to become a fully fledged adult and grown man, but the street don't discriminate on age, anyone can get It, best young kids try stay away from that shyt and just do you.

Got to project a more positive and productive lifestyle, shyt is real but got to try change that instead of getting caught in a vicious cycle. It's a shame this kid got murdered before he had the chance to mature and grow.
