SMH my PS4 games won't go pass title screen

SMH none of my PS4 games won't go pass the title screen. I can't start Netflix YouTube etc

This shyt been going on since last December. I finally called Sony the other day and the problem was temporarily fixed...they had me do some shyt in safe mode but after a day and off my system is doing the same shyt smh...I have to send my shyt in for service

How much dust your xbox one is collecting due to having no games to play? GTOFH...

Do a full format after uploading your important saves to the cloud.

If that does not help that hard drive might need to get swapped.

nah they had me put the it in safe mode and install some update....that work for like a day and half and then the issue came back

I have no idea how to swap out a hard drive ...with my luck I would fukk this whole shyt up

sony going charge me a buck if they could fix the shyt...I was thinking about trading it in to gamestop since it can boot up

Initialize PS4, then click on Full. It takes a while.

Make sure you deactivate your PSN account from that PS4 before doing so (if primary)
