smh....Roger Goodell: NFL to consider adding fourth day to draft

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said the league will consider adding a day to its annual rookie draft. In an interview with NFL Media’s Jeff Darlington, Goodell said if the league does add a fourth day, the draft would retain its current seven-round format.


One of the appeals of an additional night is for the league to have the opportunity to draw big television ratings, which the draft often does.

Goodell said the league has not determined whether it will continue this year’s move to a May draft – caused by a scheduling conflict with Radio City’s Easter show – or go back to an April player selection at another venue.

This is overkill. As someone who goes for all 3 days of the draft, I wouldn't do a 4th day just to see the Eagles cheerleaders and spend $20 on Radio City Music Hall food and the lines the goddamn lines.
