For me it's one of those moments where I realize how diametrically opposed the parties are amongst each other. The only thing that comes close was during the height of Bush Jrs reign, when fahrenheit 9/11 came out and people could not believe how stupid he was. It's the exact same thing!! The cacs at my job are on some "I can't wait till he gets out of office so we can fix this mess". "How did they manage to put such an unqualified idiot in there?", or my personal favorite "it's jimmy carter all over again!!". This is deep seated anger. Beyond racism man. It's the same way you felt about bush jr, only with Barack. This just shows me how blind loyalty to a party clouds your judgement to the bigger picture.
