Oh most definitely, that goes for the internet period, especially forum sites. Most smileys I figured out just by scrolling over them, but it was just that one.
Well after the owners decimated sohh for their 2 year anniversary, it's really just for the people that have been in this life for a long time. it's not really that useful of a smiley.
