Y'all have probably never had fresh chicken and only chicken from Tyson plants and shyt. Probably never had fish that didn't come from some processing plant.
You can eat anything, rabbits, racc00ns, squirrels, fish (obviously), birds (pheasant, quail, dove). Turtles, alligator, snake.

It all makes sense though. China is about the same size as the United States but has like 4x or 5x as many people. Plus you have the Gobi Desert that's roughly 2x the size of Texas. Imagine the U.S. having the equivalent of Texas, California and Wyoming just be desert and then multiplying the population by 5x.
