Yea his recipes are simple and he explains them well. You can tell homie was in the streets in the late 80s he got that old school LA accent. Anyways i like him and that big fat white dude with a head like a Saint Bernard that grills. I stole i few of his techniques. Him and AB had a crossover episode.

AB has a great cooking channel! Even bought some of his spices. Haven't 'd his channel in a while, but if I need some ideas, then he is one of my go to channels!
